I'd love to see us getting together in prayer at this time.
We can set up an online meeting which allows us to see each other (if you wish; you can always join without the video if you prefer), and to hear each other, and to 'chat' to each other, and indeed to God, by typing into a chat box at the side of the screen, as many of us have been doing during our online Sunday services.
I am going to set up such a meeting, for us to pray together, for Monday 11th May at 8.15pm.
If you've been able to watch the Sunday services, you will be able to listen and pray along at home
if you've been able to 'chat' using the chat function by the side / under the main picture of the Sunday services, you will be able to do that to join in the prayer
if you have a microphone as part of your computer / phone you will be able to speak into the prayer meeting (if you wish)
if you have a camera as well as part of your computer / phone then you will be able to be seen by others (if you wish)
Please email me to let me know if you would like to be involved. Also download Zoom to your device. When I have an idea of numbers I will think through the best way of managing the meeting.
If there is a specific part of the church's life, or a specific topic that you feel it is important for us to pray about, and/or to give us information to pray for, then please let me know.
Our next evening prayer meeting will be on Monday 15th June at 8.15-9.15pm.
Please let me know if you would like to join in and put it in your diary. If you are able to access these services, you will be able to join in the prayer meeting - it's very simple and it's great to pray together. Again, if you would like to join in but aren't sure about how it would work, just drop me an email with your number and I'll happily give you a call to talk you through it.
Each weekday morning from 9-9.30am Andrew Judge hosts morning prayer by Zoom.
Please do contact him if you would like to join in, or would like to know how this works.
(Just let me know if you don't have his email address).
